40 days!

Things we know:

We leave in 40 days. Less than a thousand hours from now. That's nuts. Our itinerary has morphed and shifted here and there but is becoming a bit more certain. Dates are still quite flexible but we have solidified certain key dates. Generally, this will be the order of our trip - unless we change our minds... (grin)

Morocco - Spain - China - India - Sri Lanka - Australia - Indonesia - Malaysia - Thailand - Cambodia - Vietnam - Laos

We know we're leaving August 1st. We have our tickets to Casablanca.

We know we'll be in Marrakesh from August 2nd to 5th (and for Rich's birthday!).

We know we'll be in Valencia from August 29 - September 1st so that we can go to La Tomatina in Bunol on August 30th.

We know we'll be in Barcelona for our last 2 days in Spain (and for my birthday!). We will likely be in Barcelona before we go to Valencia as well since 2 days is not nearly enough time to spend there.

We know we're leaving Spain for China on September 3rd. We have our tickets to Beijing.

We know we'll be staying in Beijing for the first week we're in China (maybe longer) . I'll be running the Terry Fox in Beijing this year (cool eh?) and they have yet to confirm the dates.

We know we'll be arriving in Sydney on December 19th in time for Christmas with the family. We have our tickets from Sri Lanka to Australia.

That's about all we know for now. We won't be making too many more solid plans as we want to stay as flexible as possible but there will likely be more dates that need booking depending on visa requirements.
